Strategy (ACS) talent acquisition team supporting the Wells Fargo Community Bank line of business.
The Recruiter is a strategic partner to the business, building strong relationships with hiring leaders and providing them with expert guidance on all aspects of the talent acquisition process and OFCCP compliance. Tactically, the Recruiter is responsible for a diverse requisition load spanning multiple levels and technologies. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, successfully handle competing priorities, foster an outstanding applicant experience and empower hiring managers to make smart and timely hiring decisions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Leading efforts to develop innovative recruiting strategies and best practices for recruiting Premier Bankers.
* Utilizing creative approaches to direct sourcing, cold calling, competitor research, internet search, networking and referrals, as well as traditional sourcing methods.
* Serving as recruiting subject matter expert to the line of business and providing coaching on passive recruiting processes and practices.
* Identifying and executing opportunities to positively impact diversity hiring efforts.
* Staying current with industry and staffing trends and relevant companies and competitive data.
* Ensuring compliance with appropriate employment laws, regulations and corporate policies.
* Leading and representing the team on projects and key initiatives.
* Actively seek opportunities to support broader Talent Acquisition Team volume when client aligned demand slows
Location: The preferred location(s) for this job opening are as listed in the job posting (Jacksonville, FL; Orlando, FL; West Palm Beach, FL; or Tampa FL). However, other locations may be considered for this opportunity.
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of recruiting experience, human resources consulting experience, or a combination of both
* 4 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Desired Qualifications:
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Leadership experience in a full life-cycle recruiting environment with specific experience developing diversity strategies
* Ability to build and execute pro-active sourcing strategies for hard to fill specialty positions
* Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
* Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
* Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
* Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
